  As a member, you will be entitled to benefits on airfares, hotel reservations, holiday packages, car rentals, among other travel products. In addition, a free subscription to regular newsletters, promotions and great travel deals.
   
3. How do I edit my account information or change my password ?
  You can edit your account information by signing in on the Namaskaarindia.com and then clicking on My account where you can edit your profile and change your account password.
   
4. Can I change my username ?
  Each username is a unique identity and cannot be changed. For a new username, you will need to register on the Namaskaarindia.com as a new member.

3. How do I make a booking for group travel?
  All group booking requests can be mailed to us at info@namaskaarindia.com and we will revert to you within 48 hours. When looking for group bookings, we request you to please include as many details of your travel as possible, as number of adults and children traveling, preferred dates and destinations, budget etc.
   
4. How can I book a multi-sector itinerary?

5. How do I book flights on Low Cost Carriers not available online ?
  All booking on low cost carriers not available online can be made by calling us on 91+11+47012633 or 91+11+9910079995 (standard charges apply).
   
6. Can I change my flight tickets after they are confirmed?
  While most airlines allow tickets to be changed, a fee is applicable. However, changes, depend on the airline you've made your bookings on.
   
7. Can I book tickets for infants from the website?
  No. Tickets can not be booked for the infants from the website.
   
Payment Options
1. How can I pay for the travel products purchased from Namaskaarindia.com ?
  Following modes of payment for all purchases – credit card, cheque, demand draft and cash.
   
2. How do I pay by credit card?
  You can make purchases using a credit card both online and offline. To pay by credit card, we require the following details – type of credit card, card holder's name, expiration date and billing address of the credit card. For online purchases, the CVV batch code on the reverse of the credit card is also required. We ensure that every transaction you conduct online is in a safe and secure environment. To achieve this, the website is protected by ICICI payment gateway technology, the leaders in encryption technology.
   
3. How do I pay by debit card/net banking?
  You can directly pay through your bank account. Namaskaarindia.com does not collect your banking information. On making a selection, you will be directed to your bank's website for purchase. After completing the payment process, you will be redirected back to Namaskaarindia.com to view details of your itinerary.
   
4. How do I pay by cheque/demand draft ?
  A guarantee amount of Rs.700/- per ticket will be charged on your credit card as a security amount. You can pay for the balance amount of the transaction by cheque/demand draft. The booking request and reservation will be completed once the cheque/DD has been received by us. 5. How and when will I get my ticket / voucher?
  Paper tickets will be issued only for those bookings or travel sectors where e-tickets are not applicable. Paper tickets will be delivered to you within 5 business days from the date of booking. Your ticket delivery information will be e-mailed to you and an SMS will also be sent within 48 hours. Electronic tickets are issued for all sectors except for some specific sectors/airlines. For some travel sectors, electronic tickets cannot be issued hence paper tickets will be issued. For international tickets, we require a letter of dispatch and a copy of the credit card. A passport copy is also required if transaction amount is more than Rs.50,000/-
   
Delivery Policy
  Electronic ticket details will be emailed to your email id given at the time of booking within 2 hours of the time of booking. You can log on to the my itinerary section on the website after 2 hours from the time of booking to view and take printout of your e-ticket for more on e-tickets. Prepaid Ticket Advice (PTA) – If paper ticket delivery is not possible due to shortage of time, we will send a PTA number via email that you can use to travel. This is applicable on select bookings made on India , Jet Airways and Jet-lite. he Prepaid ticket advice details will be emailed to you within 3 business days of the date you make a reservation or within 24 hours of the travel date, whichever is earlier.
1. Where will my ticket / voucher be delivered?
  Paper Tickets: Your ticket/voucher will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you; at the time of making the payment for your booking on our website or over phone. In case there is a change in your delivery address after your transaction has been completed, kindly contact our customer service department to inform us about the change. Though we do not guarantee that the ticket will be delivered on the revised address, we will try for the same in case the shipment has not already been dispatched. e-Tickets: You can view the details and get the printout of the e-Ticket by logging on to ‘My Itinerary' section on the website. If you are unable view your e-ticket details, please write to info@namaskaarindia.com with the subject line ‘Electronic Tickets' mentioning your booking details or call us on our customer service department.
   
2. Is there a delivery charge for my ticket/voucher?
  NO. There is no charge for all courier deliveries.
   
3. Can I get my tickets/vouchers delivered to a P.O. Box address?
  Courier companies do not deliver shipments to P.O. Box addresses as a signature is required on receipt of a package.
   
4. Can you deliver my ticket/voucher to my village / town?
  We can only deliver tickets/vouchers to the cities where BlueDart or Blazeflash courier companies have services. If these courier companies do not have courier service to your village/town, you will have to provide an alternate address for delivery of the package.
   
5. Why can't you deliver my ticket/voucher via the Indian Postal Service when the courier company does not have a courier service to my village/town?
  We do not dispatch tickets/vouchers via the Indian Postal Service as there is no facility to track the packet. Tickets are valuable documents and if lost, the refund becomes a long process. In case of lost or damaged tickets, the refund process cannot be initiated with the airline.
   
6. Which city are tickets/vouchers dispatched from?
  All tickets/vouchers are dispatched from the Namaskaarindia.com, office in Delhi .
   
e-Tickets & PTA
1. What is an e-Ticket?
  An e-Ticket (electronic ticket) is a number given to passenger in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to show this unique confirmation number at the airline counter of airport to get boarding card. The passenger also has the option to carry airline PNR (passenger name record) number if the reservation has been processed electronically with a valid photo id proof as a mandate.
   
2. How will I get my e-Ticket details?
  You can view the details and get the printout of the e-ticket by logging on to ‘My Itinerary' section on the website after 2 hours from the time of booking. If you are unable view the e-ticket, please write to info@namaskaarindia.com with the subject line ‘Electronic-Tickets' mentioning your booking details or call us.
   
3. How will I get my boarding pass for an e-Ticket?
  You will need to show your e-Ticket printout or the airline e-Ticket number (mentioned on the e-Ticket copy) at the airport check-in counter of the airline. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass at that time. Please note that the minimum check-in time for e-Ticket passengers is 2 hours before departure.
   
4. Is it necessary to show my e-Ticket confirmation email at the airport check-in counter of the airline?
  It is not mandatory to show your e-Ticket printout. In case you are not carrying the e-Ticket printout, you will need to show a photographic identity proof (passport, driver's license etc.) along with the airline e-Ticket number (mandatory), at the airport check-in counter of the airline. However, it is advisable that you carry your e-Ticket printout.
   
5. What is a PTA and how does it work?
  PTA stands for Prepaid Ticket Advice. If PTA has been sent to the airline for your reservation, we will email you a PTA number that you need to show at the airline counter of airport. The airline representative will give you paper tickets, which need to be shown at the check-in counter of airline. In simple words it's a system where we send a message to airline for issuance of paper tickets at the airport. This is generally done in cases where paper tickets can't be delivered at customer's address.
   
6. How will I get an infant ticket?
  An infant ticket can either be an e-ticket or a paper ticket, depending upon the specific airline. An e-ticket would be sent to your email address and a paper ticket would be delivered to your mailing address. For an infant ticket, it is mandatory to carry the birth certificate of the infant along with the ticket.

  PAPER TICKETS - Step 1: Contact our customer service department and get your booking cancelled for the passengers who do not intend to travel. You can also do this by calling the airline directly if the travel is urgent (within 48 hours of the departure time). Step 2: Send the paper ticket back to us via a reliable courier service on following address. You can insert a small cancellation request/note along with the tickets in courier packet. 3. What are the cancellation charges?
  For all refundable class tickets, the airline cancellation fee is charged per sector per passenger. Namaskaarindia.com shall charge Rs.250/- for domestic tickets and Rs.500/- for international tickets per sector per passenger as a cancellation service fee over and above the individual airline cancellation fee. All charges for individual airlines is below on per sector per passenger basis.

The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary. In case of lost or damaged tickets, the refund process cannot be initiated with the airline. In case of flight cancellation namaskaarindia.com will process a full refund to the customer.
   
4. How can I change the itinerary of my tickets?
  Changes on tickets are subject to availability and airlines' discretion.
   
5. Can I change my hotel booking?
  You may change your hotel reservation details. However, certain charges as per the hotel policies might be applicable.
   
6. Can I change a part of my air travel?
  Changes in your travel plan can be made by the airlines as per their policies and charges.
   
7. Can I cancel a part of the group that is traveling with me?
  Yes, you can request the airlines to make changes. For a hotel booking, you can cancel a part of your booking. However, cancellation charges as imposed by the hotel may apply.
   
8. What if my ticket or hotel voucher is lost or stolen?
  Refunds will be processed when tickets are recovered. In case this is not possible, refunds would be processed past the validity of the ticket if it has not been used by any other person. For hotel bookings, please report stolen or lost vouchers to us via phone or email and we will blacklist the same. We would then issue another voucher if it has not already been utilized.
   
9. How do I know that my ticket is valid?

ONLINE FLIGHT CANCELLATION AND PRINT E-TICKET-FAQ'S
1. How can I cancel tickets online?
  (a) Log into 'My Itinerary' section with a namaskaarindia.com username and password. (b) Once you are logged in, you will have the option of canceling your tickets.
   
2. I don't have a login ID and password. What can I do?
  ? Your email address is your login ID. If you have forgotten/lost your password, please request for a new password online. ? Bookings on phone/email will need to be cancelled by calling our numbers: 91+11+47012633, 91+11+991007995.
   
3. I made a booking over phone/email. Can I still cancel the ticket online?
  This option is currently only available to passengers who booked their tickets online. However, we will try to extend this feature to all our customers.
   
4. Can I cancel part of my journey?
  (a) On cancellation online, the entire booking will be cancelled as partial cancellation is not allowed. (b) The refund for all online cancellation requests will be processed within 12 working days.
   
5. I cancelled the tickets by mistake. What can I do now?
  Once a cancellation request has been sent, it cannot be reversed. If you would like to re-book your seats, you will have to make a new transaction online. Please call us for further information.
   
6. It has been 12 days and I have not received my refund. Please help.
  As a normal procedure, refund should reflect on your card within 12 business days. However, we would request you to wait until the statement is generated to check the amount reflecting on your card. For any further assistance, you may call or write to us.
   
7. I am unable to cancel the tickets online. I get an error to call. Please help.
  (a) The online cancellation is not allowed for itineraries where paper tickets are issued. (b) The online cancellation is not permitted for flights departing with 12 hours of your departure time. (c) Also, if you have an infant accompanying an adult, then the transaction cannot be cancelled online.
For all such cancellations, you are required to call us.
   


  Flight Cancellations and Refunds for Jet Airways, Jet Lite, King Fisher, Air India , Indigo and Indian
   
  Please send us your booking details as an email at info@namaskaarindia.com and we shall cancel the ticket and refund you the amount. Please note for us to cancel your ticket the flight date has to be more than 48 hours. If the flight is scheduled to depart within the next 48 hrs for e-ticket and 72 hrs (3 days) for paper ticket, please cancel the ticket and give the cancellation reference number to process the refund. Incase of paper tickets please send us the original ticket to process the refunds.

Your refund will be processed within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the email (in the case of e-tickets) or courier (for paper ticket). You will receive an SMS the moment refund is processed from our end. Please ensure that the phone number and email that you provide are correct.
   
  Refund process for Eticket:
  a. If your flight departure is within the next 48 hours please call the respective airline, cancel the reservation and collect a cancellation reference number. Mail these details to us by filling the cancellation form given below.
  b. If your flight departure is over 48 hours you may send us the cancellation details by filling the form below. We will arrange to cancel the ticket for you with the airline and process the refund.
  c. If your flight is cancelled /delayed , we request you to get the cancellation stamp from the respective Airline counter on the ticket and mail the same to us at the below mentioned address or you can scan the cancelled ticket and email us the scanned copy at info@namaskaarindia.com

  How can I print tickets online?
  a. In order to take a print of your electronic ticket, please click on ‘print e-ticket' link at the top of the page or login to the ‘My Itinerary' section.
  b. To print the e-ticket copy, you will require either your FLIGHT ID (Namaskaarindia confirmation number) and email address, or your Namaskaar India login ID and password.

  For itineraries where paper tickets are required to be issued, e-ticket option is not available since these tickets will be shipped to the address provided at the time of booking.

The guarantee is valid only for published retail fares* for exactly the same flight(s), travel date(s), and travel itinerary for the same number of passenger(s). Fares must be in exactly the same cabin(s)/class (First, Business, Economy) and carry exactly the same fare rules and restrictions.

Travel must originate in India .

Namaskaarindia.com will cross-check the quote for availability and booking conditions within 24 working hours that same day from the supplier (Agent/Airline). The confirmation of the ticket is subject to availability and validation from the supplier (Agent/Airline).

If the airfare is available as per the itinerary quoted, Namaskaarindia.com will refund the difference or adjust the amount against the ticket price.
